Financing shall be based on the Murabaha system, Ijarah , and other products and in accordance with the rules of Islamic banking.

The applicant for funding must be a member of the Jordanian Armed Forces or security services, provided that he is currently working .

The member must not own a house or apartment when submitting an application for housing financing .

The period of service of the financing applicant in the Jordanian Armed Forces or security services must not be less than four years for personal and residential financing .

Not financing the purchase of cars from first-degree relatives ( father , mother, son, husband, brother, sister).

Not financing the purchase of real estate from ( father , mother,)

In the case of refinancing a vehicle that was previously financed by the Fund, the vehicle must have been purchased from the Fund for a period of no less than one year.

Do not finance, purchase, or mortgage shares of a jointly owned property on the housing financing system, but rather it is only granted.
